(1) Full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, kitchen table, plenty of cabinet space, washer/dryer, living room, bedroom with queen size bed, guest bathroom, TV/VCR. (2) Efficiency kitchen, master bathroon with jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower, king size bed, TV/VCR. Private entrances from private porch with jacuzzi. Walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean. Because it's a lockout unit, space bank prime RED time with RCI for two (2) weeks. Maintenance fee $450/year. Buyer pays closing costs. Seller pays for one overnight stay if you purchase the unit.

We have owned this unit for 20 years and have loved and enjoyed it. We are selling because we live out of state and no longer travel. Unit 260 is located on the canal on the peaceful bay away from the noisy boardwalk. The inlet on the bay, in our opinion, is the nicest spot in Ocean City. Red time for sale on the canal is in demand during the summer months and is hard to find.

Use the unit yourself, rent it out, or space bank your week to get two (2) weeks thru RCI and go somewhere else. Renting the unit will more than pay for the yearly maintenance fee. Two families can occupy the unit at the same time because it has a door that closes and locks between units with private entrances. So you can take family or friends with you and still have privacy. COV II complex has indoor/outdoor pools, tennis and racquet ball courts, and a health club. Don't have a boat? Then enjoy renting a small boat during your stay. COV II is close to nightclubs, restaurants, and family entertainment.
